Cop-killer Luis Enrique Bracamontes via Chaos In Courtroom 

Video is embedded below. Mexican citizen and Sacramento cop-killer Luis Enrique Bracamontes AKA Marcelo Marquez AKA Julian Beltran, an illegal alien, a drug cartel member, and a convicted drug dealer who was deported twice (1997 and 2001), is shown smiling in court.

Bracamontes shot and killed two CA county sheriff's deputies in 2014. He is NOW ON TRIAL for those murders.

 CTH made note of this monster's "rampage" then... [which included] "shooting three police officers, killing two –- and shooting another civilian in the head during a botched carjacking."

...but as Katie Pavlich would point out, "[T]hanks to the Obama administration's new selective deportation guidelines and refusals by local agencies to comply with federal immigration laws, he's been able to stick around since the last time he got into legal trouble."

[Quoting] Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver was shot and killed as he and another deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a motel in the 2000 block of Arden Way.

A male occupant of the vehicle opened fire on the deputies with a 9mm handgun, striking Deputy Oliver in the forehead. The man and a female occupant then fled in the vehicle as his partner returned fire. A short distance away the male shot a civilian when they attempted to carjack a vehicle. They then carjacked two other vehicles as they continued fleeing the area.

After carjacking the second vehicle the pair fled up I-80 to Auburn, where they exited the highway and stopped on the side of the road. They were spotted by Investigator Michael Davis, of the Placer County Sheriff's Department, and his partner. As the two officer approached the vehicle the man opened fire striking both deputies. Investigator Davis succumbed to his wounds at a local hospital.

The female was arrested at the scene while the male subject was arrested several hours later after barricading himself inside a nearby home.

Deputy Oliver had served with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department for 15 years. He is survived by his wife and two daughters. [End quote]

[Quoting] Detective Michael Davis was shot and killed while taking part in a massive manhunt for the murderer of Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

The subject who murdered Deputy Oliver, assisted by a female accomplice, carjacked a vehicle and fled up I-80 after killing Deputy Oliver. They exited the highway in Auburn, before stopping on the side of the road off of Maidu Drive. Investigator Davis and his partner spotted the vehicle and began to approach it when the male subject opened fire with an AR-15 rifle, striking both officers.

Both officers were transported to a local hospital where Detective Davis succumbed to his wounds.

The female subject was arrested at the scene while the male subject fled into a residential area. He was taken into custody several hours later.

Detective Davis had served with the Placer County Sheriff's Department for 15 years. He is survived by his wife and four children.

Detective Davis' father, Investigator Michael Davis Sr., was killed in the line of duty on October 24th, 1988, while serving with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. Their line of duty deaths occurred exactly 26 years apart to the day. [End quote]

As for the Ferguson shooting, the "Hands up, don't shoot" claim was proved to be a lie. It NEVER HAPPENED. But that didn't stop broadcast networks and print media from using it. In fact, we would later learn in the year that followed "[o]ther news outlets, left wing blogs and liberal politicians joined in advancing the false narrative."

My recollection of him as an Obama administration-era cop-killing perp might be because I already knew of complicit leftists among us who have already sided with terrorists and illegal felons. The six men who died in search of Bergdahl

This is a simple from-the-heart post about the six U.S. Soldiers who died some eight years ago trying to find one of their own. Or maybe they knew better, but they still tried, because it was in them to never leave a comrade behind. For that alone, this post is for them.

The content that is presented here is nearly verbatim text, pulled from other links, as indicated. The focus is on recollections from family and friends, how they remember their fallen loved ones.

The thought here is recent news developments add to the burden these six Gold Star families carry, one that began with the dreaded knock on the door in 2009 to five years later when new light was shed on the circumstances of each U.S. Soldier's death.

May the grieving wives and mothers and fathers and brothers and sisters and daughters and sons know that we will always remember the sacrifice these men made. And May God continue to give the families Strength, Comfort, and Peace.

Six U.S. Army Soldiers lost their life looking for Bowe Bergdahl. It is they who served with "Honor and Distinction."

2nd Lieutenant Darryn Andrews

Darryn Andrews, 34, of Dallas, Texas -- “If he knew you, it was always a bear hug. It didn’t make any difference,” said his mother, Sondra. She said he loved life, especially with his wife, Julie, and their 2-year-old son. The couple was expecting their second child when Andrews died...

His mother said he was lighthearted, energetic and “could put a fun spin on any situation.” He enjoyed scuba and sky diving, fishing and hunting, and he immersed himself in athletics, theater productions and church youth group while growing up in the Texas panhandle.

“We grew up with an enormous amount of pride for our nation. We passed it on to our children, never thinking we would pay the ultimate sacrifice.”

On 4 September 2009, [w]hile recovering a vehicle that was disabled, Second Lieutenant Andrews' Platoon came under heavy RPG fire. Second Lieutenant Andrews fatally placed himself between the incoming enemy fire and his fellow comrades. His courage under fire was essential in saving another Soldier's life, and saving the lives of five other Soldiers who were with him.

For his heroic actions, 2LT Darryn Andrews was posthumously awarded the Silver Star Medal, the third highest military decoration for valor.

At the age of 32, Darryn left behind his parents; his twin brother, Jarrett; his wife, Julie; his 2-year-old son, Daylan; and Jacey, his daughter who was born that following December.

Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen

Clayton Bowen, 29, of San Antonio, Texas -- He joined the Army when he was 17 and served as a drill sergeant and a shooting instructor before he was deployed to Afghanistan.

About one month before an improvised explosive device ended his life, Clayton offered his fellow soldiers at a remote Afghanistan outpost a parcel that made their jaws drop. Addressed to him, the package contained a collection of heavy-duty construction tools the soldiers later would use to improve living conditions at the crude desert outpost, where plywood huts serve as sleeping quarters. “I’ve got connections,” Bowen, 29, explained.

Earlier, the 12-year Army veteran had asked his stepfather and mother, who publish a construction industry newspaper, to print an ad asking for donations. The tools had poured in, according to Buddy and Reesa Doebbler.

“He wanted to see if there was anything he could bring into the outpost to make their lives a little more normal,” said his mother. This act of generosity was one of the last in a history of such displays, relatives said.

Bowen was also a very good singer. “He was asked to try out for the 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus,” said Doebbler. “He passed the audition and I got to see him perform two or three times a year when the group would come to San Antonio.” Being a member of the chorus allowed Doebbler to preserve his voice. “I have two of the groups CDs from when Clay was a member. He was the only bass in the group so you could always hear him.”

Staff Sergeant Kurt Curtiss

Kurt Curtiss, 27, of Murray, Utah -- Curtiss was an 18-year-old Salt Lake Community College student when the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 occurred. The following day, he walked into an Army recruiter’s office and signed up.

“He just wanted to make a difference,” said his sister, Lynn Burr. “He wanted to help keep everybody safe, especially his family.”

His mother, Ruth Serrano, says during the last eight years he deployed twice to Iraq and had been in Afghanistan nearly a year. She said he loved his country and his service in the Army.

“He was infantry, so he was right in the middle of it. He was wounded a couple of times.”

His mother will always remember him as the boy who could make anyone laugh. “He was quite the joker,” she said. “He could cheer up anybody.”

Curtiss had many interests in life including his enjoyment of martial arts, dirt biking, 4-wheeling, jamming on his guitar and spending time with his family. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He was a caring person who always placed others before himself. He will always be remembered for his love, devotion, compassion and humor. He is loved by many and will always be his family’s number one hero.

Curtiss is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter.

Private 1st Class Matthew Martinek

Matthew Martinek, 20, of DeKalb, Ill. -- Friends and family say Matthew M. Martinek had a sparkle in his eyes...

“If you were in a bad mood, he always did something to cheer you up y’know, one of those clowns,” said Ryne Jones, who worked with him at a car care center in Martinek’s hometown of DeKalb, Ill.

“He tried not to talk too much about what he was doing, but he said he liked helping people,” said his brother, Travis Wright.

The Bartlett High School football player graduated in 2007 and joined the Army the next year, following a family tradition that included his grandfather, uncle and two older brothers.

His stepmother, Char DeGand, said he loved the outdoors snowboarding, camping, all-terrain vehicles and had an impressive tan for someone stationed at Fort Richardson, Alaska.

She said he was an organ donor, helping to save other soldiers even after his death.

Martinek also is survived by his father, Michael; mother, Cheryl Brandes Ferguson; and brothers Frank and Michael Jr.

Staff Sergeant Michael Murphrey

Michael Murphrey, 25, of Snyder, Texas -- The AP reported that those who knew him said he had all the qualities of a good soldier. He was loyal, respectful and had a selfless sense of service. “He always prioritized his comrades’ needs and did more than his share of the work,” Brig. Gen. Keith Walker said at Murphrey’s memorial service, where hundreds of people packed the church and locals lined the streets, waving American flags.

The September 11 attacks inspired Murphrey to enlist in the U.S. Army, said Jeanie Rutherford, his oldest sister. He joined shortly after he graduated Snyder High School in 2003. “He knew what he signed up for and he knew what he was going to do. And he knew the sacrifice that it would be. He knew how proud we were of him. He knew how much he was loved.”

Rutherford said her brother was a laid-back, easy-going guy who loved his wife, his two children and the men he commanded. “He admired those guys. He loved those soldiers. He protected them before he thought about himself.”

Murphrey enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycles — pretty much anything outside, Rutherford said. She said he pushed himself to excel at anything he attempted.  Murphrey’s high school coach Chad Rogers remembered him as a proud athlete that could always be counted on. “He was an outstanding young man, he always had a grin on his face... one of those kind of mischievous grins, but one of those grins that kind of made you love him, too.”

Mourners at the First Baptist Church of Clyde wiped away tears as a slideshow flashed images of Murphrey growing up, from his own infancy to the birth of his son, Jaden, and his daughter, Cameron. Murphrey is also survived by his wife, Ashley; his parents, Elvie and Evelyn Murphrey; and his sisters Jeanie Rutherford, Wendy Stehouwer, Pearl McKay and Krisa Johnson.

Private 1st Class Morris Walker

Morris Walker, 23, of Chapel Hill, N.C. -- “What I think of first when I think of Morris is his smile because he was always smiling,” said Wanda Bordone, who taught him seventh- and eighth-grade English at Fayetteville Academy in North Carolina. “He had a great sense of humor, lots of friends.”

Walker was easygoing and an incurable optimist – ‘a ray of sunshine.’ He was on the varsity basketball team, served as student government treasurer and worked with a community service club at his high school.

“He didn’t have to be a star of anything,” said Barbara Lambert, his guidance counselor. “He just wanted to be a participant.” Another guidance counselor, Pam Little, said Walker approached life with an unusual serenity. “He had a peace about him that I find to be extremely rare in someone in high school,” she said. “He was always an optimist.”

Walker graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. He was Carolina’s first alumnus to die in the war in Afghanistan.

Sam Rosenthal was one of his best friends at UNC. “He wasn’t scared of any physical challenge, and that was one of the reasons he thought he was suited for war, that he could be a warrior. He was physically and mentally tough. He eventually wanted to be Special Forces. He was ready to be in danger; he was ready to stare everything in the face.”

“He was just a joy.” ... “The last conversation I had with him, he was giving me girl advice thousands of miles away. He was still one of my best friends, and that never changed and it still won’t. ... It will in some regards, I can’t ask him stuff anymore.”

What's posted above will be news to many. That alone is part of our problem, though it's a near certainty if President Trump had anything to do with enabling and emboldening an enemy we are still fighting, the TV "pundits" and talking heads would be reminding us of it, daily!

But when it comes to the former "preezy" that our in-the-tank "news" media both deified and adored? He continues to escape responsibility --  media keeps giving him a free pass. This is troubling and deceitful, because THE LIAR here WITH BLOOD ON HIS HANDS is Barack Obama.

Sheriff Clarke: "Fake news" born in #Ferguson

Sheriff David Clarke is correct.

"Hands up, Don't shoot" was "fake news."

And this lie had deadly consequences...

Case in point, Black Guerrilla Family (BGF) prison gang member Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley would cite the OFA-propagated lie four months later to "justify" his brutal execution of NYPD police officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos, their assassination occurring the same week Barack Obama met with "reverend" Al Sharpton at the White House... ...the same week Sharpton's protesters in New York chanted they wanted "dead cops."

The message was clear: Obama was signaling his intent to keep our law enforcement professionals in the crosshairs.

Sadly, that continues today.

Colin Kaepernick's protest is tragic irony

It is telling that the last high-profile individual to disrespect our flag and our national anthem became the sitting president, whose legacy of words and actions show he always intended to divide the country.

It is also a tragic irony that Kaepernick doesn't realize his protest is an admission that the last eight years have been an abject failure, that 'Hope and Change' was never the course this president set. And he now has the country exactly where he wants: On the precipice... in more ways than one.

Under Barack Obama, "It's a Madhouse!"

There's a scene from the original (1968) film Planet of the Apes that captures the essence of what's happening to America under Obama. It's the scene where the gorilla Jailer turns a high-pressure fire hose on the caged Taylor (Charlton Heston) who roars, "It's a Madhouse! A Madhouse!"

Obama is recklessly shrinking our military while threats are rising, and the threats are coming from enemies he enabled or emboldened!

Consider the Islamic State, and how it conveniently filled the power vacuum he created. Conflate that with the intelligence community going on record to say the administration ignored its assessments then cooked the books!

Next, think about that legacy-seeking deal Obama negotiated with Iran, which makes no secret of its desire to acquire nuclear weapons -- at the same time its ruler is leading "Death to America!" chants.

Factor in the hundreds of "refugees" a week now flooding into the U.S. along with Obama's de facto Catch-and-Release Open Borders (illegal) immigration policy, and what we have now is "a Madhouse!"

We're a terrorist attack away from "Shelter-in-Place" again, and yet Obama talks about climate change, goes golfing or does fundraisers!

As I said, it's a MADHOUSE.

Hillary Clinton has politicized 9/11 many times, perhaps the most egregious instance occurring in 2006 when, as a New York Senator, she made the shocking claim -- contradicting the 9/11 Commission Report -- that her husband and his national security team never saw the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) specifically titled "Bin Ladin [sic] Preparing to Hijack US Aircraft and Other Attacks" -- a daily brief that President William J. Clinton received on December 4, 1998, more than two years before the 9/11 terrorist attacks occurred!

Applying football jargon to the smash-mouth world of politics...

Face it: the so-called Republican Party leaders "heard footsteps" and flinched.

When I played football when I was younger, my dad told me about players who "heard footsteps," i.e., players who wouldn't or couldn't catch the ball over the middle because they feared the imminent hit. My dad said, "You're going to get hit anyway whether you catch the ball or not SO WHY NOT CATCH IT?!" His advice made sense, and it wasn't just for receivers, but for those who run the ball, so I used it to my advantage.

Sure, you can try to evade tacklers but when you know contact is inevitable, why not be the one delivering the punishing blow? Why not be the one imposing YOUR will upon others? That's why I admired Earl Campbell and Eric Dickerson, and The Great Jim Brown, who played before my time. I bring all this up to apply it in a political context.

No matter what, the GOP was going to get hit by the Obama regime, the Democrat Party AND so-called mainstream media -- they all share the same talking points. We know that. Yet, mush Republicans and RINOs STILL tried to appease Obama because they feared being hit. What cowards!

When it came time to leverage the TWO HISTORIC LANDSLIDE WIN MID-TERMS of 2010 and 2014, they put their political lives and their ruling-cla$$ power ahead of what was best for America. And in the process, in the meantime, their abandonment of us and their duties as Opposition Party caused our country undeniable damage.

And these so-called Republican "leaders" wonder why so many Americans are outraged? Give me a break! As far as I'm concerned, they and the Obama administration cronies they kowtowed to are all partners in crime. They are all thick as thieves. To Hell with Boehner, McConnell, and other Republicans who did not stand in Obama's way and stop his agenda. They are complicit in Obama's crimes and just as guilty. History will not look kindly at their unceasing capitulation to a lawless administration.

PS- The crying yes-man was duped (again). Boehner shouldn't put any stock in Obama calling him a "patriot". We're talking about a prez who doesn't know the first thing about being one.

Dear Attorney General Holder,

It is unlikely that we met while I served in the FBI. That being said, we served at the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the same years and on the same "team" conceptually speaking. During my service in the FBI I worked with a number of U.S. Attorney Offices in the United States to include a tour at FBIHQ where I worked with the Department of Justice (Main) on a daily basis.

I begin my letter with this comment to highlight that I am not a bystander on the topic of law enforcement in the United States. I worked and managed a variety of federal investigations during my 12 years of service in the FBI, to include the management of several Civil Rights cases in the State of Texas. In fact, during my last tour in the Bureau, I was an FBI Supervisor responsible for managing federal investigations in nine (9) Texas counties, many of which were rural; in places where one would suspect racism to flourish given the narrative often pushed by Hollywood and urban progressive elites like yourself. I performed this mission diligently and under the close supervision of two FBI managers; an Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) and Special Agent in Charge (SAC,) both of which happened to be African American and outstanding law enforcement professionals. I also performed this mission serving side by side with a variety of law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and local level.

I have observed you closely during your tenure as Attorney General and notably during these last tumultuous years; watching you negotiate a number of controversial public matters to include the ATF Fast and Furious scandal, Black Panther Party intimidation at voting booths, IRS targeting of American citizens (citizen groups opposed to the Obama Administration,) the ignoring of US Immigration laws, DOJ criminal indictments of select news reporters and your management of several high profile criminal investigations involving subjects of race, notably African Americans.

Until today, I chose to hold my tongue. However, with the assassination of two NYPD Lieutenants last weekend in New York City, at the hands of a African American man with a lengthy criminal record, fresh from his participation in anti-police activities; coupled with numerous "don't shoot, hands up," and "black lives matter" anti-police protests (some of which are violent) occurring daily around the nation, I am compelled to write you this letter.

To be blunt Mr. Holder, I am appalled at your lack of leadership as the Attorney General of the United States and your blatant politicizing of the Department of Justice. Your actions, both publicly and privately, have done nothing to quell the complex racial issues we face in our country and have done everything to inflame them. As the "top cop" of the United States, you share in the blame for much of the violence and protests we are now witnessing against law enforcement officers honorably serving throughout our nation.

During one of your first public speeches as Attorney General you made it a point to call America "a nation of cowards" concerning race relations. That speech, followed by other public announcements where you emphatically opined that the odds were stacked against African Americans in regard to the enforcement of law, your intention to change the law and permit convicted felons to vote after incarceration, and your changes to federal law ending "racial profiling," are poignant examples of how detached you remain from the challenges faced by law enforcement officers serving in crime ridden neighborhoods throughout the nation. These opinions are also indicative of a man that lives and works in the elitist "bubble" of Washington D.C.

Your performance, as the nation's Attorney General, during the Trayvon Martin case in Sanford, Florida and the Michael Brown case in Ferguson, Missouri clearly highlights your myopic view on this topic. Contrary to your embarrassing prejudgment in the Brown case and evasive post trial remarks on the Martin case, neither Brown nor Martin were targeted and/or killed because of their African American race. Rather, as non-emotive investigations determined, both teens died as a consequence of their own tragic and egregious behavior; behavior that involved a violent assault on a law abiding citizen in the Trayvon Martin case, and a violent assault on a young police officer in the Michael Brown case. Yet you, as the number one spokesman for law enforcement in the country, blame the deaths of these men on years of institutional racism and the alleged epidemic targeting of African American men by police departments around the country; nothing could be further from the truth. Following the Michael Brown case Grand Jury decision all you could muster was the following comment:

"The Department of Justice is currently investigating not only the shooting but also the Ferguson police department in what is called a "patterns and practices" inquiry to determine if the police department has engaged in systematic racism."

So, let's get this straight. At a decisive moment in history when our nation required a strong and unbiased voice from its' senior law enforcement official, you Mr. Holder, made it your personal mission to join with other racial antagonist and politicize a tragic event, accusing a young white police officer of a racially motivated killing in what we now know was a justified self-defense shooting of a predatory felon.


Your behavior is unbelievable. You sir, have sacrificed your integrity on the altar of political expediency. You, Mr. Holder, are the "coward" and hypocrite you so loudly denounce when speaking of broken race relations in America.

Further to this point Mr. Holder, law enforcement officers around the country remain dismayed and shocked at the counsel you keep; that being your close relationship with none other than Al Sharpton, a racist "shake down artist" who spreads hate, divisiveness and the promotion of anti-law enforcement sentiment throughout the country; a tax evading fraudster who has unbelievably visited the White House over 80 times in recent years. It is simply beyond my comprehension as a former federal law enforcement professional, that you, the Attorney General of the United States, joined arms in common cause with a charlatan like "the Reverend" Al Sharpton; and it speaks volumes to your personal character and lack of professional judgment.

Violent crime, out of wedlock births, drug abuse, rampant unemployment and poverty found in many low-income minority neighborhoods are not a result of racist community policing and racial profiling as you so quickly assert, and frankly most law abiding Americans are exhausted of hearing this false narrative repeated time and again by you and others in the racial grievance industry. While no one, me included, would ever suggest that African Americans have not suffered from institutional racism in the past, I would strongly argue that we no longer live in the Mississippi of 1965, nor do we live in a country that even closely resembles the "Jim Crow" South of yesteryear. Those days, thankfully, are in the past as are the generations of Americans that supported such egregious behavior and endured such suffering.

Rather, Mr. Holder, we live in a day and time where the root cause of many problems faced in our African American communities can be attributed to the breakdown of civil order due to the rejection of institutional and family authority and the practice of counter-culture values; and most notably, from the absence of strong male leadership in fatherless black families. The reason that our local police officers are so often entwined in tragic events in black communities is because it is the police that have filled the void in these communities that should be occupied by moral and strong black men leading family units with Godly values. You, Mr. Holder, especially, should be thanking the police rather than persecuting them for the gap they fill in these communities because if it were not for the intervention of local police many African American neighborhoods would be in a state of total anarchy.

Yet tragically, you and your race-baiting colleague Al Sharpton (a paid media personality under contract with MSNBC news) choose to remain silent because to publicly speak this self-evident truth threatens to not only alienate and offend the most loyal voting constituency of the Democratic Party but diminish your and Al Sharpton's self-serving power base in these suffering communities. God forbid that you would suggest individual citizens accept responsibility for their own behavior and the collective failure of their communities; it is so much easier for you and others like you to make excuses, play the victim card, and pander rather than address the real root causes that plague many low income neighborhoods.

Mr. Holder, the public is aware of FBI statistics that tell a different story than the one you and Sharpton preach. We know that young African American males, representing a tiny fraction of the U.S. population, are by far the greatest perpetrators of violent crime in America when compared to their peers in other ethnic groups, and, we know that citizens of African American descent overwhelmingly make up the majority of their victims. We also know that incidents where white police officers shoot and kill black perpetrators are rare and on the decline. We know further that although there are legitimate and bona fide Federal Civil Rights investigations in the United States worthy of pursuing, they are miniscule when compared to the false narrative portrayed by you, President Obama and Sharpton declaring rampant discrimination against African American men by police officers throughout the country. You are just plain wrong.

In closing Mr. Holder I will leave you with this thought; you were given a rare opportunity to lead with integrity during a variety of divisive and controversial issues during your tenure as the 82d Attorney General of the United States and rather than be a man of moral courage you chose instead to cower, further inflame racial tensions, advance false narratives and play progressive political activist.

Time and again you chose to "politicize" the mission of the Department of Justice rather than pursue justice and now, tragically, we are witnessing the fruits of your irresponsible behavior in the murder of two innocent police officers in New York City, assassinated by a man motivated by the flames of racial hatred that you personally fanned. How many more police officers will be injured or die in the coming days because of the perilous conditions you helped create in this nation. You, President Obama and Al Sharpton own this problem lock, stock and barrel and now it is your legacy.

As thousands of NYPD officers turn their collective back on New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, another dishonest politician and Sharpton disciple, so too do countless Federal law enforcement officers turn our backs on you.
