One year ago, Obama scrapped the Bush missile defense system designed to protect Poland and other eastern European countries against Russia. No quid pro quo, just scrapped! And Obama got NOTHING in return. Also, Obama chose to make his announcement on a sensitive date -- the 70th anniversary of Soviet invasion of Poland and the start of World War II -- PROVING his diplomatic skills aren't the only ones lacking.
