In view of Obama’s tyranny, a “Call to Arms” — like Jake Sully's in Avatar — is needed…

The tyranny of Obama brings to mind Jake Sully's epic call to arms in Avatar. Though it comes from a different time on a fictional planet, it rings true for us here today. To paraphrase:

"The Obama people have sent us a message, that they can take whatever they want, that no one can stop them. Well, we will send them a message. You ride out as fast as the wind can carry you. You tell the other clans to come. Tell them Toruk Macto calls to them! You fly now, with me! My brothers! Sisters! And we will show the Obama people that they cannot take whatever they want! And that this... this is our land!"

Yes, SportsOnEarth.com just hired a stripper who co-founded a sex workers' site to write one of their columns...

Of course, what she writes about, in light of her line of work, is what proves to be disturbing. Can you say #ConflictOfInterest?!?

Does anyone else find it odd that SportsOnEarth.com decided now is the time to publish their article with the tease, "We're debunking the myth that sex trafficking increases during the Super Bowl"?

Or that its author is a stripper who's co-founder of the sex workers' site 'T*ts and Sass'? And who's "We're"? A quick Google search reveals who Susan Elizabeth Shepard is. Are we to assume that because Sports on Earth is a "joint development venture between USA TODAY Sports and MLB Advanced Media" that they've joined her here?

For the record, District Judge William Wenner concluded that prosecutors had enough evidence of a "conspiracy of silence" for Spanier and his two cohorts to stand trial for their role in covering up the Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. Charges include perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to report child abuse, conspiracy to hide child abuse, hiding evidence from investigators, and lying to the grand jury.

In other words, Graham Spanier, this "expert at cover-ups," fits in perfectly with the Obama administration.

A "triple-dog-dare" for those on the political left

In the spirit of the film 'A Christmas Story,' I am "triple-dog-daring" those on the left to thoroughly read through this jaw-dropping list of criminal behavior titled 'President Barack Obama's Complete List of Historic Firsts [Updated]'. Blog post creator Doug Ross has it right: "Yes, he's historic, alright."

To complete this throwing down of the gauntlet, those on the left must ask themselves, after reading it, why they would still support such a man. Then again, we already know that many of them will never take the dare because they live in an alternate reality or they're cowards. Or both... and their psyches are fra-gee-lay.

Some have even said that arguing with them is like playing chess with a pigeon, i.e., even after they've been beaten like a drum, they knock over all the pieces, crap on the board and still strut around.

But here's hoping there are some out there on the political left who will use this coming New Year's time of introspection to see the light and recognize the dangerous ruler we have in the White House. It's not too late to get on board -- any newcomers and converts will be heartily welcomed! And it won't be just because they "manned up" for a triple-dog-dare ;)

Mark Levin weighs in on the arrest threat that Veterans faced when visiting Memorials that Obama's government shutdown "Barrycaded":

I'm going to tell you folks something. I want to say this loud and clear to the people on Capitol Hill who are listening, to this administration -- you lay one damn hand on one of those World War II vets at that memorial, I'll bring half a million people to that damn memorial! You got that?!

I'm sitting here stewing thinking about this. Playing these damn games? You will ignite a movement in this country like you've never seen before. The biker patriot army, veterans from all over the country -- every single war and battle in this country. Republican, Democrat, Independent, whatever!

I'll be damned if one president, with his feet up on the desk in the Oval Office, with his smirk on his face, looking at his golf card. I'll be damned if this president or anybody else is going to shutdown that World War II memorial. Period. 

These men are in their 80s and 90s. So let me repeat. You lay one hand on one of those men and arrest them for going to their memorial, which they fought for, which was not paid by you, damn it. It was paid by the American people. 

We will come out of every town and city in this nation. We will come out of every county and both coasts, both borders, and we will march on Washington against your tyranny. You've been warned. You have been warned!

Obama's inept response to Syria has me channeling comedians.

First, I flashbacked to Steve Martin's classic 'Let's get small' after hearing John Kerry promise an "unbelievably small" military action.

Then I thought the one thing Barack Obama must do to make his televised address to the nation complete is wear his bomber jacket, drag out a record player, and do the late great Andy Kaufman's 'Mighty Mouse' bit lip-synching ♪♫ "Here I come to save the day!"

And on Dennis Miller's radio show, I heard caller 'Brian from Indiana' suggest that Obama use the Benny Hill Theme Music as an intro into his speech. Yeah, that should just about cover it!
