Democrats dismissed this week’s House vote to repeal ObamaCare as symbolic then turned around and pushed for symbolism in their demand for bipartisan seating at the upcoming State of the Union address.
Let’s be clear: The only reason Democrats want to be seated next to Republicans is to hide the GOP’s overwhelming House majority. On national TV.
A vote to repeal ObamaCare should be scheduled in the Senate. That way those (Democrat) senators facing re-election in 2012 can be held accountable for their vote.
And the only thing that is “symbolic” about this week’s House vote to REPEAL ObamaCare is that IT IS ALREADY MORE BIPARTISAN THAN LAST YEAR’S VOTE THAT PASSED IT!
